Reading- Please continue to read with your child nightly! If your child needs a new take-home book please sign the reading log in red folders and we will do out best to get you a new book as soon as we can.
-Half the class has a word family sort...please have your child use their "Rollercoaster" strategy to read each word.
-The other half has a digraph review sheet (ch, sh, th, and wh). Please have them sort the pictures under the correct digraph.
Sight words- Our class sight words for the week are can, so, then. Students have a sheet in their folders to practice then and can.
Math- For math, there is a letter explaining partners of numbers. Our long term goal is for students to be able to tell all the partners of numbers 1-10; right now our focus is on numbers 5 and 6.
